  Got seated, got our water and pepsi.. waited for ove4 20 min for our order to be taken, but that never happened. We were the only table in the whole place! Our server literally walked away and never came back. Looked our way several times and then disappeared into the kitchen. All while a group of outside people and servers where just standing there chatting away. The place was empty...

  Our food was cold and looked as if it was re-fried (dark and very hard). We ordered a burger, hot wings, fries and onion rings for ourselves and chicken tenders for our toddler. They gave us spicy chicken tenders that were hard as rocks and so our toddler couldn't eat them. We threw the fries away they were so bad. The burger and onion rings were the only edible things. A very disappointing meal for $50.

  Horrible staff! Couldn’t get past the drink order for her talking over me 3 times! Place was empty and they acted like I was an inconvenience to have to get up and serve me. Wont ever be back to this one! Do better

  We arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings at 9 PM on 4/9/26 and had to seat ourselves since no one greeted us. We waited so long for a server that we ended up getting our own drinks. When the waitress did show up, we gave both drink and food orders, because it was over 30 minutes before she even showed up. Our waitress took over 45 minutes just to get one strawberry lemonade. When the food finally arrived - it was wrong, they brought things out one by one. and began announcing over 4-6 parties who ordered wedges, brought a burger placed it in front of me and it belonged to the table next to ours. Never received anything we ordered paid for bottomless appetizer and received one of the two we ordered and they were cold and hard—we asked for bone-in wings and got boneless with the wrong sauce. To make things worse, each time food came out, staff wandered between multiple tables trying to figure out who it belonged to before bringing it to the correct party. The manager did come over and was apologetic. He offered to fix the order, but it would have been another 45-65 -minute wait. By 10:30 PM—after being there since 9—we still hadn’t received what we actually ordered, and we decided to leave. The manager offered to let us take the incorrect food home, but he only gave us one tray, meaning we had to cram everything together—food we didn’t order, that was completely cold. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

  Very disappointing experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings on David H. McLeod Blvd in Florence, SC. It was self-seating, which was fine, but we waited about 30 minutes just to place an order, then another hour for the food to come out. When the food finally started coming, it was completely unorganized servers were walking around asking tables if the food belonged to them because orders kept getting mixed up. There’s honestly no point in ordering “bottomless” anything when it takes forever just to get a refill or replacement. I did speak with the manager, and he gave a discount, which I appreciate—but the overall experience was still unacceptable. On a positive note, my server was kind and did the best she could in a clearly overwhelmed environment. I actually tipped her more than the cost of my food because I felt bad she had to work under those conditions. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.
