- MSMichael T Snee3 days ago1.0I went inside and ordered a small scoop of vanilla for my dog. The girls behind the counter served up one small scoop of vanilla per my order and a second small bowl of just whipped cream. My son got 2 scoops and 1 topping as ordered. I asked what the second bowl was not knowing it was just whipped cream and the girls looked at each other confused by the question and blankly back at me. I said I just wanted a single scoop of ice for my dog. The girl said, oh, here is your pup cup and took away my order and left the cup of whipped cream on the counter next to my sons order. My son grabbed the cups. I assumed the "pup cup" was what i ordered with whipped cream as an added treat. I paid $9 and drove home to discover it was just whipped cream. I drove back to the store and explained to the manager with bad English what happened. He thought I was ordering another vanilla scoop and charged me another $4 and some change. Congratulations. You just opened and lost a customer for life. Dont let your mistakes cost me more money. That is a bad way to do business. I should get what I ordered, period without being quality control.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
