  Bad customer service, waited 20 min for a rubin and it came out ice cold...had to wait another 5 min for someone to show up so that I can tell them to warm it up

  Spent 25 minutes waiting for 2 beef sandwich’s and fries they claimed they were waiting for fires but they were making peoples orders who ordered after me no problem and the entire time my food is just sitting there and finally when the fries were done they seriously tried serving me food that has been sitting for over 25 minutes and they seen no problem in it wasted my entire 30 minute break all because some kid cleared out my order on the machine never go here save your time and get a hotdog from the gas station

  This was the worse experience I ever had I bought 2 egg rolls in the morning they forgot them I called and said I would come by after work I got there and bought additional egg rolls and a drink as well for my husband and I I received nothing but attitude and eye rolls sassy attitude Ron the oldest lady in there maybe it was racism but Taylor Padgett ruined my whole experience never again will I stop there while I travel to work

  Last two visits were a flop. Got the brisket sandwich and it hardly had any meat on it, then the next visit got a beef and cheddar. It was all mushed and the bun was covered in sauce on the outside. Won’t be returning.
