Me and my partner went to get a sub last night, we went through drive through. neither of our subs were supposed to be toasted, they toasted mine anyway. There were barely any vegetables on it and barely any mayo. my partner added bacon on his sub for the first time and it was not toasted at all! As for service, we were the only people who came through drive through and didn’t see anyone walk inside- it still took a good 10 minutes for our food to come out. That wasn’t really our issue- it was mainly the fact that both of our subs were messed up in someway. There were two people working as well so i don’t really believe it should’ve taken that long for those two subs.

I only rated so this would show up. The poor girl behind the counter was alone on a Friday at dinner time. The wait time was stupidly long. It wasn’t her fault and she was so overwhelmed I wanted to jump back there and help her. Do better subway

On April 8,2022. Went in to order. Employees did not wear hair net are facial net to cover beard. The food was poorly repaired and sloppy. I will never eat at this place again. The health department needs to do a surprise inspection. SMH.

Absolute WORST experience. When we were in line at the drive thru, we saw one of the employees in the back talking to another female (that didn’t appear to work there). The employee then let the female in the back door. Meanwhile, we had 2 cars ahead of us. We ordered, then waited and waited. Finally got to the window(roughly 20 min later), & they said they didn’t have the order (which I KNOW we finished the ordering process bc it gave us our order number) and asked what we got. To make an extremely long story short, they entirely messed up both orders. I was still going to eat mine just because I didn’t want to make a big deal. The other person with me, absolutely did not eat the stuff they put on his sub. So we went back to subway to get it fixed. They re-made his chicken bacon ranch sub, we got back home…. His chicken was STILL FROZEN! He even got the sub toasted. Absolute worst experience ever. And a waste of time & money!
