  Rating based purely on experience rather than my personal distaste for Pizza Hut. I recently made a few out of state calls to order food for my kids as a surprise and when the delivery was made, my kids sent photos of the orders which to be honest were put together very well and the presentation was actually impressive. At least to me it looked like they actually tried to made an order that matched the commercials. Additionally, the delivery time was also impressive. So, although I dont eat pizza but myself, my experience was pleasant and I will continue to periodically treat the kids to Pizza Hut if they hold the standard they have these past two experiences.

  I love Pizza Hut but I'm so frustrated with the online service. Anytime I try to order online, it can't connect to the store. Corporate needs to fixe this. Other than that the people are wonderful with their customer service in the store or over the phone, and the delivers are kind.

  Order delivery for my crew while we were working in the shop pizzas came on time and looked great. Driver was very respectful.

  First I would like to acknowledge that the young lady that was the front cashier, was very polite and welcoming. The establishment was well maintained and very clean. I ordered a meat loves melt for my lunch as I was heading to work. After getting to work an ready to eat I discovered that my melt only ha a thin layer of cheese and chopped ham. I am do disappointed as didn't enjoy my food. My receipt says meat lovers but my melt was not. Pizza Hut we need better and expect better as supporters from our community. Highly disappointed ☹️
