Instead of a refund, I got a $5 coupon that does not cover what I spent and it expires in 90 days. It doesn’t take a degree to get the order count right. From now on, I’m making them stand at my vehicle while I count the order in front of them.

I don’t know what they have going on back here but we were paid almost no attention save for the drive thru cashier giving me a drink cup and saying they were “making our food right now,” when in reality it took 10-20 minutes more from that point to get our food. I recognize that there was probably a good bit of drive thru traffic but you can’t just ignore the people dining in. Someone in my party also asked for a sour cream cup and it took them 5 minutes when it could’ve taken someone a few seconds. The food was made correctly at least.
