Over 20 minutes of waiting, I watched an entire episode of One Piece while standing there. No one spoke a word to me, I ordered it the self-surd kiosk and no one said hey it's going to take a minute, or thing of that nature. Now I understand things happen but communication is something that we should have. We shouldn't be back there talking and having a grand old time unless we've made sure everything's handle. They saw my order come through, I heard it beep as soon as I sent it. No one said a single word. They just need to get a little bit better with this. However, it was literally the best Cantina Bowl I've ever had. Chicken was actually fresh for once which I never had I did not know Taco Bell chicken actually came fresh, everything was perfect. So all of my complaints aside just maybe let us know that there's a way but you guys did kill her with the food
