Customer Service is exponentially low with not a care in the world. First time, the pizza never showed, I went to the store and the manager insisted she couldn’t provide a refund that evening! Odd! The second time, I asked for a name and refund. Third time was the charm!!! I’ve ordered over two hours and still didn’t have the pizza. When the driver decided to show, no dominos icon or lights, pulled up and set the pizza on the floor outside! Unimaginable careless attitude. You can’t make this stuff up! These folks should not be in the customer service or food business. If only the corporate knew the caliber of who and what is running this franchise!

When you call you can’t get any answers. I live two miles from the location yet I can’t get accurate orders or delivery. Would not recommend them!

The menu pricing and final price dont always match example 2 for 6.99 each but the wings while included in the list cost 8.99 plus a 5.99 delivery charge. If only pizza and sandwiches are included the other menu items should be separated. Still, I'll continue ordering as long as I can afford to.
