When the guy who was very nice came out he said sorry everyone is just sitting around like normal in there and I just noticed you were out here. My food was cold there was no ice left in my tea and I paid for extra sauces that I didnt recieve. Its hit or miss sometimes is great and then there are times like these

- SKShawn KnickerbockerOct 18, 20251.0Went last night to get chicken tenders and fries and when I got my food, the french fries were soggy and cold and the chicken tenders were burnt so I decided to give them another try today and I personally asked them to make sure the fries were crispy and the chicken tenders were cooked, right so they made me pull up and I waited for 15 minutes to get my food and when I got my food, the chicken tenders were burnt and the fries were soggy and they forgot our order of french fries too, and I had to wait longer to get them. I don’t understand. How a simple task can be so hard. This Bojangles really needs to do better with their staff and how they prepare food.
