  Every single day after 5 o’clock, they close the drive-through because they’re too lazy to run it. Let’s try to order through the drive-through it is April 1 at 7:49 PM and the manager told me the drive-through is closed and when I told him I am physically incapable of getting out of my car he said well that’s just too bad. This has been going on for years and nobody seems to care

  Stop to get fuel at Loves and this locus inside Loves. I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 #2 & 1 Rueben to go. When I got home I had 2 #2’s and I’m not sure what the the other one was was. It was roast beef, a bun and a puddle of red sauce all mixed up in the wrapping. I tried call the store multiple times, multiple days at different times of the day no answer. I contacted corporate and the digital response was someone will get back to you shortly. Still waiting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OR ARBYS. I picked up food for my wife who is disabled and this her favorite fast food.

  They always say they understaffed and never take orders from drive through even though they have 4 people working inside and no customers inside
