  Sent my husband to grab dinner because I was sick and didn’t cook, ordered a Dave’s double combo with pickles and cheese, it was loaded down with EVERYTHING and that wouldn’t have been so bad but the patty was BURNT and the fries were cold and hard and they didn’t have my drink because it was out/down, this is why I stay home and cook, next time I’ll rethink take out. Should I have been well I would’ve went right back up there, DO BETTER!!!!!!!!

  They say fast food is bad for you so maybe I should be thanking this Wendy’s for consistently letting me down every time I visit so that I finally can just say forget it and cook at home instead! On today’s visit which was at 10:50am I went through the drive thru with my mobile order (I try to make things easy) once I get to the window I’m told to pull forward and they would bring my food out to me, after about a minute my drinks were brought out to me but not the food so I sit and wait and a good amount of people go through the drive thru getting their food and still I’m waiting, after about 15minutes I go inside to ask about my food to see the manager there saying what food, I explained I had a mobile order even called off the short list of items on the order and she says oh yeah it’s siting over here already bagged up they just didn’t tell me you were pulled up, ok I guess, given the odd excuse I ask for 2 ranches to which the manager replies they are in there I packed it up myself, I ask if she is sure because as I opened the bag I was missing a large fry, I politely tell the manager this when she is attempting to help another walk in customer and instead of a sorry I get a “I think it was a medium fry” with all due respect you forget you pulled me up and are going to tell me what I ordered! Ok sure so I get the rest of my food and proceed home but when I get there I find the first bite of my burger was BURNT like crispy burnt and this is food that had been sitting for a bit because I was FORGOTTEN, but seriously how do you burn a burger, forget the fries and forget the customer? This review might be excessively drawn out but with a calm heart and cool mind I can say “Thank you Wendy’s” for finally after countless times giving you grace and leeway, you completely failed at your job and have lost me as a customer and while sure one person doesn’t mean much I imagine losing 298-358 locations this year might.
