  The morning lead shift bigger black lady kinda sucks. She lied to my face 2 times about something so trivial. She could have just said no without a reason to my silly request. Every mcdonald’s (6 other locations btw) I asked the same thing and they all gave me an extra cards- no questions asked. They seemed so happy and full of whimsy to my request- Not her though. Her employees look miserable as well. One of them even looked at me in a sad knowing way the first time I talked to her..I wouldn’t want to work there under her. I’m sure she’s nice in other ways- she wasn't outwardly rude towards me. But I lost all trust with location because of her controlling nature and telling lies. The energy in that place doesn’t feel right with her there. I’ll continue bringing my money to other Mcdonald’s where the management isn’t making their employees / fun customers miserable by choice.

  I would give negative stars if possible. The worst place and the WORST FOOD ! Got a cheeseburger, big Mac, fries were suppose to be free if you purchase big mac, but because I order extra no deal. That is fine I will not be eating here again, nasty, COLD FOOD RUDE EMPLOYEES. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!

  let me tell youuu them Kpop demon hunter fries are fireee!! this McDonald’s may not have fast service but the food and kindness of the managers makes up for it! Let it be known my fatssa will be in there everyday for that Kpop demon hunter meal

  Today 4/15/26, I came through the drive thru to order food. When I came up to the payment window, I handed them a 20 dollar bill that I had that had a few rips in it but you could still completely see that it was a 20 dollar bill. To preface this, I would not have handed ripped money to anyone had I not done my research to see that it still had worth. In fact, if cash is at least 50% there/visible, it is still perfectly good to use. Anyways after I had handed the lady my money I guess she asked another lady if i could use it and It was a lady with brown hair and glasses that came up to the window and was very rude to me and saying I couldn’t use it because it was ripped. I responded that I knew I could and you could still completely see the print. Again, she was very rude but she supposedly went to ask her manager and the manager said I couldn’t use it. I am just very frustrated because the money was far over 50% there and you could completely see the print on it as well as the customer service was terrible and very rude.

  How do you mess up a BIG MAC!! Can't get orders right and can't even make them right... and they want $15hr 😂😂😂 its a disgrace on quality... 03-14-26 @ 6:30pm
