  Totally disappointed! Not made correctly. Asked for extra sauce and it is fried than dry.

  Got almost $50 worth of food, no good. I believe in reviews and I give great ones also but the flat I ordered was totally wrong. The bbq chicken pizza had no bbq sauce on the crust, totally dry and the boneless wings were hard, I will decline on sharing the pictures. We’re not ones to complain, but after so many times it gets irritating. Not to mention the situations I’ve had numerous times with the drivers which was not pleasant . I come there because it’s convenient but as many issues as I’ve been having lately, I’m starting to think going elsewhere is the best bet!!!!👎 Do better!!!!!

  Ordered online from pizza huts website. Ordered plain Alfredo pasta that was to have breadsticks with it and was given chicken Alfredo with no breadsticks. Tried to call the local restaurant since they contracted the delivery out to DoorDash but the “local” number went to a call center and the only options were to try to place a new order (1) or everything else (2). I tried 2 and hung up after 5 min on hold listening to obnoxious advertising on loop and then tried 1. Got transferred twice on this option being told they couldn’t help and have spent another 15 minutes on hold already. There’s no option on website to report problems with order, no option to reply to the email confirmation, nothing to fix it other than to be out the money for the error.

  When you order well done, traditional wings, they usually cook them extra. They did not do that today. So, I paid a ridiculous amount of money and didn’t get my order the way I wanted it.
