Tried to call the local restaurant since they contracted the delivery out to DoorDash but the “local” number went to a call center and the only options were to try to place a new order (1) or everything else (2). I tried 2 and hung up after 5 min on hold listening to obnoxious advertising on loop and then tried 1. Got transferred twice on this option being told they couldn’t help and have spent another 15 minutes on hold already. There’s no option on website to report problems with order, no option to reply to the email confirmation, nothing to fix it other than to be out the money for the error.

Call center with an Indian guy, couldn't hardly understand but made him repeat our order but he still got it wrong. Got a store credit but lady was rude on the phone. I grew up with pizzahut -- sux that it's not even remotely as good as it was. Disappointing...
