Forget dine-in at any McDonalds now they have ruined any experience from having to ask for everything from ketchup to napkins and even your drinks. Have spend 45 minutes just to put all food in for a family on screen.

For every 20 orders for the drive thru they do 1 for dine in. And if your “lucky “enough to have a person at the dine in counter they are completely useless and just stand around doing absolutely nothing. It genuinely pissed me off when I stood there 30 minutes being ignored and my food as there ready to be served BS!! Clowns!!!

I called & they wanted me to come back so they could 'make it right'. 40 minutes round trip that they should've made right the first time?? I don't think so. It doesn't matter which McDonald's you go to anymore cuz they ALL mess up your order & have zero customer service qualities. I will NOT be back!!

Which is a joke bc they should have made my order and had it ready for me to just pick up. They said they would cancel my order it still showed up for me to pick it up. When I called to ask about it I got hung up on and called back talked with 2 other people that said my refund would show up 2 hrs later. Which is a joke so now me and my son have to not eat anything bc I used my last bit of money for this order. They were very rude and not professional at all. I will not be back to the McDonald's in Easley every time it's always something wrong or have to wait for the food.
