I ordered a delivery tonight. The Uber eats driver apparently doesn't know how to read and delivered the wrong order. When I called the restaurant, Stacey (the owner) not only remade the order herself but upgraded it and gave us a refund. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I have been here many times and the reason we keep coming back is because the food is amazing and authentic, and the reason we will continue to come back is because the food is amazing and the customer service is top notch!! If you have not been here you are missing out!
Our server didn't give 2 caps about us. I had to ask different servers for refills, food came out wrong we were done eating before the fries were fixed to tots as ordered. Was told the owner would be over... waited another 10 minutes and no owner showed up. All around terrible experience and im very disappointed. Wasn't offered anything not even a apology!

Kendra was a great server, im glad I went with her cheese recommendation for the Philly, as well as the homemade chips. I also suggest adding sweet peppers. Yummy yummy.

50/50…You can go today and get an amazing cheesesteak, and you can go tomorrow and get a dry one that’s mostly bread. Today was the latter. About 5-6 visits in now and will say it’s just a coin toss if the cheesesteak will be great or eeehhhh. Atmosphere is good and nice location to grab a drink and visit the Silos. Worth the stop, just need to get a rhythm for consistency in the cheesesteak. Cant go wrong with the cheeseburgers and Reuben’s though!

The food is EXCELLENT! BUT it felt like high school among server staff, namely Kelsey. Don't work in the service industry if you roll your eyes in front of a customer right after they say thank you for their late filled drinks. Don't say you're going to bring a box to the table and proceed to stare across the room, arms crossed, not doing so. I come from a server background and it's sad that as understanding as I am, I got upset at this one. The restaurant wasn't busy when we went. There was no excuse for the rudeness and lack of proper service. And y'all, this is the first time I've ever left a negative review on any restaurant.
