Somewhere along the line, I lost an important envelope, which I didn't figure out until I got home. I called Five Guys to see if they'd found it. They hadn't, so I decided to head back to look for it. They were SO helpful and concerned. One of the employees even caught me in my car before I left to ask which trash can we'd used. He then searched the trash for it. It was beyond over and above good service, and I'm so thankful for their care and concern.
