Food was decent! However I did receive a half gallon of tea with mold growing in it! Make your Tea fresh if you're going to serve it to paying customers! That's my only (yet serious) complaint..

My family and I used to go to the Bojangles in Easley regularly, at least once a week for years. But over the past few years they have gone horribly down hill. For a while we had to listen to the manager complain about the big orders for clemson games. I guess he didn’t understand those orders are what gives him a paying job. At that time it was no wonder the employees had bad attitudes since everything trickles down from the top. But we liked the chicken so we kept visiting this location. Problem is they never get the order correct, especially at the drive thru and I’ve had to park and go back inside to get my order corrected. It’s hit or miss to get a friendly face at the drive thru so I guess the work atmosphere must be unpleasant that the employees don’t like their jobs. My most recent visit finally convinced me to stop using this location. I drank my drink to find what looks like a tiny worm similar to what I’ve seen in bird poop in the bottom of my cup. I get nausea thinking about one sip thru my straw felt like something solid went by so quick it didn’t register until it was too late. It goes into a round position when it’s in water. I’ve tried straightening it to get a better look. I’ve tried to magnify it but still can’t figure out what this foreign object is. I only saw it after my ice melted meaning I drank the whole Pepsi before I saw this thing. So who knows what I actually sucked up. Geez. Attitudes and job performance usually come top down and I noticed when they got an amazing manager at the Liberty location, the store suddenly was always clean and the employees were genuinely friendly. Nothing fake about them. I think it’s time for me to avoid the Easley location going forward. Oh and the Bo-rounds were nasty. My guess is old grease and they were dropped in the grease partially thawed which ruined the texture. A couple were over cooked.
