Bunch of liars. I accidentally ordered from the Easley store in the app instead of Pickens. I called and asked to cancel and refund the order and was told they couldn’t (even though the other restaurant said they could and it happens often) refused to let me speak to a manager and hung up on me. I have contacted cooperate

They handed me ice cold sliders and the cheese was still solid like it just came out of the refrigerator. I said that I wanted Arby's sauce and then they asked me if I wanted Arby's sauce right after I said it and then I didn't get any. WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
