My experience at the Easley, Bojangles on March 31, 2026 was horrible. The manager Harley was Wrong, Rude, and Disrespectful! The fact that none of those words should describe a manager, it absolutely defines Harley. She took zero accountability for being wrong when she completely messed up my order, she continually said, I was lying about my order, therefore I had to drive back to Bojangles which is over 30 minutes away from my home in Greenville to prove to her exactly how wrong she was, and even when she seen that the fault was completely her fault, she still tried to say, but I put wings in the box, and I let her know of course you put chicken wings in a box, you work at a chicken restaurant, you just didn't put wings in my box which I paid for, and with all of that, she never one time took accountability, or bothered to offer an apology. Harley is a poor excuse for a manager, and even more poorer excuse for a human.
