Went through the drive-thru and they forgot two of our items. Had to go inside to get my order corrected (they had no issues with that). Food was pretty horrible, meat was burned, burritos were very skimpy, and just absurdly priced (I know this is a corporate problem). Taco Bell has definitely massively fallen off and at this location in particular, they always mess your order up. $32 for 6 food items is insane.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location.
While placing my order, the manager was extremely rude and impatient. She kept saying “anything else?” in a harsh tone, making me feel rushed and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy.
When I reached the window, I calmly asked why she was being rude, but instead of addressing the concern, she walked away and avoided the conversation entirely. Another employee ended up giving me my order. When I asked who the manager was, I was told it was her.
To make things worse, she repeatedly said “have a nice day” in a sarcastic and dismissive tone, which only added to the frustration.
This kind of behavior from a manager is unacceptable. Customer service should be respectful and professional, especially from someone in a leadership role. I hope this location takes feedback seriously and works on improving how customers are treated.

So i have to be fair, I left a horrible review on the inman location taco bell. Im actually going to continue to say inman taco bell is the worst taco bell ive ever been to and they continue to be the worst. But the duncan one was on point. Great service, quick, fresh. Absolutely no complaints. Great job guys

Very slow waited 45 minutes for my order when there was only two people inside the building they only prioritize drive through.
