  I ordered SAJA BOYS BREAKFAST MEAL on two separate occasions and each time I did not receive the photocards I PAID for. The second time I ordered, they didn’t even give me the box, the sandwich didn’t have the Saja boys spicy sauce, AND they gave me coffee when I ordered sweet tea 🤬! This place is sloppy and ran by roaches!!!

  This place was weird. There was one of those purple thin metallic tablecloths you see at a kids birthday party, and another similar thing on the wall, with balloons in random shapes. In the playground section of the building there were two tables that were surrounded by weird green wooden poles. When I walked in, nobody greeted me. There wasn’t a soul in the place other than me and the staff. No “Hello,” “What’s up?” or greeting of any kind. I ordered on the app a couple minutes before I walked in, and it still was nearly 15 minutes before I got my food, with no other orders on the TV, mind you. When I finally got my food, it was bad. That may be the saddest Big Mac I’ve seen in my entire life. They managed to do the light lettuce like I asked, but all the other default toppings were sub par (paper thin pickles, for example). Those fries were nearly inedible. Very clearly underdone, like, super light colored and had the texture nearly that of a raw potato, and almost no salt/seasoning to speak of. Not only that, there were lukewarm at best. I honestly don’t understand how you can make someone wait that long, and mess up that bad. The only thing that actually was good was my Dr Pepper.

  Really this is just an appreciation review for Juan P. who had a great attitude, was helpful, and honestly tried to go above and beyond for us customers.

  Order always comes short here this is my second time I get home n my order missing now I don’t have the time to go back n forth over food . But service sucks here

  Left out half the order. Finally got it right and realized too late they left out the sauces. Tired of trying to get it right so we just didnt bother trying to get them right. Unfortunately it is about par for the course right now.
