  I was across the street at the TA and wanted something from over there. It was at 0230 in the morning. I tried to call 3 times to see if they were open or if it was drive thru only. Kinda hard to get a tractor trailer thru the drive thru. They wouldn't answer the phone. So I walked over there and sure enough, it was drive thru only. After I saw who was working I instantly understood why they didn't answer the phone. I'm actually surprised they're even working. The fatigue is real. Y'all need to do better and stop wondering why everybody hates you. It should be obvious....

  This McDonald’s in Duncan is hands down the worst location I’ve ever been to. After leaving the bar, we stopped for food and EVERYTHING was cold, plus my friend was missing a whole sandwich. We pulled back around being respectful, and instead of doing their job, the girl at the window caught an attitude, took the bag, and shut the window in our face. Another worker started cussing at me, saying I “looked high” — completely unprofessional. Then on top of that, they had the nerve to say this is where people come to steal food… like be serious. I’m in a 2025, I do not look like I need to steal anything from McDonald’s. That was just straight disrespect. They refused to remake the food (which is literally their job when they mess up), and when I asked for a refund, the same girl kept being loud and rude. The manager didn’t step in at all and just let it happen. The girl at the window came back acting clueless like nothing even happened. Nobody wanted to take accountability, nobody wanted to do their job, and the whole place is unprofessional.

  We pulled to the drive-through and it took them like 10 minutes to even take our order. When she finally asked us what we wanted we said two basket of fries and she, and I quote said, “Oh my Lord, ANYTHING else.” As fellow service industry worker, I was baffled by lack of hospitality. We continued the rest of our order. She was sighing after everything that was said. She told us we couldn’t order ice cream, even though we watched the car in front of us order a milkshake and ice cream cone. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had here and plan to not have a bad one again. I will be talking my business to the Burger King nearby.

  Food was cold,The lady that waited on me couldn't put her phone down long enough to take my order.my bill was 12.80 gave her a 20.00 she gave me back 15.20.I told her that's not right she said you gave me a twenty,I said I know.you gave me to much change back.once she finally figured out what I was talking about.She said I would have just kept it. I told her Iam not like that.Then I get my food the French fries was probably cooked the day before.cold and hard. The cheese burger was cold as well.never go back to this McDonald's again.
