  ordered an oven roasted turkey subway and didn’t even put it in the oven and tried to tell me that’s what the turkey is. like no it’s not because i get this all the time and the usually put it in the oven. horrible!

  If I could give a worse star I would. Made an online order through the app. The app kept saying processing so we called to check to see if the order went through. The woman on the phone was rude and hung up on me. When I went to the store was handed the wrong food which I didn't pay attention to at the time. The owner just said he would make this right when I told him about it. Got home and saw that it was another person's order.

  It’s sad that a business owner will lose business based off the employee’s they choose to hire. My family will not be visiting this location ever again! As a customer I shouldn't be made to feel like i’m an inconvenience for eating there! Thank goodness there are five more Subways within a 5 miles radius and I can gladly take my business there! With todays struggling economic I would seek new employees given they are the reason you are losing customers!

  Horrible experience. I went in at 7:13 p.m. and the older woman was talking about closing early. I ordered the hot honey sandwich, and why they didn’t tell me they were out of hot honey sauce until I had already paid for the sandwich. Then they didn’t wrap it correctly; both ends of the sandwich were exposed. I had to rewrap the sandwich. The older woman was so in a rush that she didn’t even let me enter my phone number. I’ve had many bad experiences at this location, and I let them go, but y’all have to do better with your customer service. It’s too many sandwich shops in the area for you to treat your customers like this.

  Stopped in to order subs and took one look at the food displayed behind the glass and walked out. Lettuce and spinach were wilted with pieces of hard boiled egg scattered over the wilted lettuce. Tomatoes were not fresh and same for onions. We came in to the store around 4pm so assume the veggies were not changed out much. We walked out without ordering.
