Called to see if online order went through and woman answered with a hello like I had just woken her up from her nap. She proceeded to just keep saying it’s ready when it’s delivery and said we don’t deliver and then hung up. The woman was rude beyond belief. I understand having a bad day but that was pure not giving a crap. If you can’t have manners then you shouldn’t work in customer service.

The door is locked and the boys working the counter are just looking at us like we’re stupid and shrugging. No sign on the door saying they’re closing early or anything. We pointed that the open sign was on and said it says you’re still open and they still just stared at us. This was our go-to Subway because the one in Lyman sucks, so I’m sad this one sucks too.
- JLJeremy LJul 27, 20251.0I went in yesterday and WOW. It had to have been 95 degrees inside. I asked one of the employees and they said the AC has been broke for weeks. They were sweating (which could end up in the food), there were so many flies and even the vegetables looked wilted and not appealing. I feel sorry for the employees first and foremost and I will not frequent this establishment again. Zero stars isn’t an option unfortunately.
