Nice to know you had to slaughter the cow for one burger. Sat there for 15 minutes for one order and all everybody doing in there is cutting up so loud I can hear you outside of the building. Maybe you should work more instead of playing around and thing will get done. Never coming back.

Everyone there treated with respect and was very nice to me and helpful as well,I was very impressed asking question to a young group of people, how they treated me and respected me. The atmosphere there was great. I didn't try to fool I was picking up food for someone else. My overall impression was with this young group of people, how respectful they are toward customers and especially older customers. My experience at Sonic's was amazing. These young people was so helpful and respectful and helping wanted to help without a problem (no attitude at all). If we had more younger group of people like these people especially the young lady that gave me directions where I needed to go at the drive-thru and the young man that was running the drive-thru that helped me because I was lost they both help me, by finding the right direction to go, because I was lost. I received my order very quick as soon as I drove up to the window

Food is always perfect to order! They bring it out to your car if you go into one of the parking stalls. Staff is always friendly! There's an outside eating area that they bring your food to as well! Love the food, the service and the atmosphere 💝

I went to Sonic today around 5, but there was no line so they weren't busy at all. A few things happened this time that makes it seem like they can't all be an accidents, unless it's just plain incompetence. First thing was the drink lids were placed and not fitted on, so I spilled some on myself and in my car, which I still hope was a mistake, but again, with the other things that happened make me question that. Second thing, which I know couldn't have been accidental, was that my fries were placed literally completely upside down in the bag. I took a picture as soon as I saw it because I was so flabbergasted. You can see in the picture that it was a tight bag, this couldn't have fallen accidentally this way. Third thing was that both burgers had buns barely put on the finished product, which is also in a picture. It's bad enough that I spent almost $30 on "fast" food that took 10 minutes to get with old frying oil, but to have all of these other issues when this was supposed to be a treat is a huge bummer. You should schedule some people who know what they're doing on Friday evenings.
Also, no, I will not call or go to a site to file a complaint with someone at Sonic. If the owner is really the one replying then you have the power to hire and fire people. Grow a backbone and manager your people based on their performance, reviews online, as well as complaints from corporate. If you're this lazy to reply the same thing to everyone complaining I can't expect your employees to be less lazy...
