    1 star for night orders. Third time they've not given an item ordered and paid for in a matter of a few months. Then they tried pinning it on the Dasher for not informing me they were out (didn't even use DoorDash). Then the item they replaced it with, was still not what we agreed to replace it with. I don't recommend having employees sitting or standing around on their cell phones within customer view, especially when orders can't be fulfilled, been the case twice. Afternoon orders have always been accurate.

    I just would remind your workers to be mindful that people can see inside your workplace and see when they rather be on facetime with people than getting peoples food out to them when it says on screen that the food is “on the way”
