Tried it on the east side and had to go in and now at Duncan store. Employee just told me the they are not notified that curbside people have arrived (and apparently they don't look out the drive thru window to check as curbside parking is directly across). I used the mobile app and curbside as I was on a work call, but highly suggest that people stick to the drive-thru and if you use the app because of a special app offer or you have a promo code, just go through the drive thru or walk in to pick up your order as they aren't coming out 😀
