  The food was good and fresh. Nothing else positive can be said about this Arby’s. NOTHING. This restaurant in Duncan, SC is only a drive through/ pick up restaurant. They do not offer dine in service here. With that in mind, how difficult can it be to provide accurate orders and polite customer service. Evidently, next to impossible. Saturday, April 11th 2026 we arrived a little after 12:30 and placed our order. The individual working the drive through(manager /team lead?) was rude and condescending. She abruptly interrupted, did not repeat the order for accuracy and rushed us to complete our order. Upon receiving the our orders, 2 of the 3 orders were incorrect. Food left out and sandwiches were wrong. As soon as we realized their mistake, we went in to get what was ordered. The drive through attendant did not apologize or show any concern. She just rudely and abruptly handed me the correct sandwich. She didn’t put the sandwich in a bag. She acted as though she was being inconvenienced by us for the incorrect meals she had originally packed. It easily comes across as these people don’t want to work but just there to obtain a paycheck. Employees like this give Arby’s a bad reputation.

  Arby's is usually always good. The Italian sandwich was so so good! Very surprised!! Always fast and friendly service!!
