  Ordered at drive through. Two bites into the chicken sandwich and realized it wasn't cooked all the way through. :/

  This store is a bunch of BS. I was refused service because the floor was wet. There are no dinning room hours posted on the door. I always come in around the same time each week and never had an issue until 4/7/26. I entered the store at 9:45 like I did the week prior. Both times the floor had been mopped. The week prior there was no issue, my order was taken as well as the couple before me. This time I enter, walk to the counter and then manager yells that the dinning room is closed. I was confused and responded that the doors are open. He says again, that the dinning room is closed. I asked so you are not going to take my order and he again says the dinning room is closed, the floor was just mopped (no signage) on the floor to indicate it, and he is going to lock his doors. I will also indicate that the staff preparing / bagging food, including him were not wearing any protective gear handing food with the exclusion one young her who actually waited on me the week prior and was extremely nice. This store is a bunch of BS. Has had poor management for as long as I can remember. And I will assume, as always, the upper management could care less. If you are deciding to go to this location, don't. Poorly run store from store management and district management.

  Hair in my salad. Shit happens but I was offended when the cashier hand my replacement with his head turned away, avoiding eye contact. I was pretty friendly and not rude about it... for how he give me my replacement... 1 star.

  The service is not terrible, the people are truly kind BUTT, there is no reason I should be waiting five minutes to order and 20+ minutes for a fast food restaurant. It’s truly ridiculous. Mind you this is an online order…
