  I want to give two thumbs up to all restaurant establishments that understand, practice, and make excellence a part of their staff culture. This location is not one of those establishments. I try really hard to support restaurants in the surrounding cities of my residence. I usually write good reviews when the experience is good and when the experience is not, I say nothing at all. This isn't one of those times to stay quiet and I really hate to share my experience. I placed an online order and couldn't pay for it online as the payment portal kept rejecting my card that had all the correct information required. No big deal. I'll pay when I get there with the same card. Order was projected to be ready at 6:03 pm. I got there at 6:08 and got to the window at around 6:13. I paid with the same card that was rejected online. Pizza wasn't ready. It was coming out I was told. I was asked to pull into a parking space and the pizza would be brought out to me. It's 6:30 pm now and I'm still sitting in the parking space. At 6:35, I had to go in and get the pizza after watching a convoy of vehicles come after me and leave with their order. I get in and make a statement of how I've watched folks come and leave with their order before I get mine. The young lady asked my name and I told her. She goes to the hot box and gets the pizza. I look at it and this pizza looks like it was made at lunch earlier in the day. I told her it looked old. She asked if I wanted them to remake it. No. Not at all. There was no way I was waiting any longer. I left with that old pizza and and I am absolutely sure I won't have another pizza made from here. After getting home and attempting to eat the pizza, it was definitely old!

  My daughter and I dined at Pizza Hut in Pembroke last week and we had 2 great pizzas so last night we were in the mood for pizza again and figured we would try the Dillon Store. Ordered take-out and my wife was there at the time stated to pick it up. TOTAL disappointment. 👎🏻 The pizzas were overcooked and dried out. My thin crust with extra cheese was overcooked and the outside edges were like chewing glass. The extra cheese I paid for, I guess they forgot to do that also. This just proves that employees can make or break a business. Finding good help in Dillon seems to be almost impossible. Dillon should take tips from the Pembroke store. Same with the Zaxby's in Pembroke, it puts the Dillon store to shame. When the employees take pride in their work ot certainly shows.

  A lot of the employees are rude. No customer service skills or how to speak to a customer. Careless attitudes. Only found a couple truly helpful. No name tags so you can't tell who's not doing their jobs or compliment those who deserve it. No bathrooms for customers. Take out only. Not a restaurant. No lunch buffet.

  Worst pizza I have ever has from pizza hut. Basically no cheese and very little sauce on pizza. Employees not focused on customers.

  I went here Sunday morning and the lady at the window was very kind. She gave me the food very fast and she gave me the right amount of change. She told me to have a nice day and then the food was still hot and it tasted very delightful. I highly recommend this place. And the manager was also very kind.
