  I went in to order today and used the kiosk to order my food placed my order and payed. Sat down inside to wait for our food. Sat here for 15 minutes waiting, stand up, no worker in sight besides the one female outside cleaning up. Ask what’s taking so long and greeted with a worker eating a cookie well they bumped our order so it wasn’t even made. Told the worker what I ordered specifically said three drinks and he hands me two cups and walks away. This place isn’t worth the time or your money.

  I would give this place a zero if I could! The past three times I’ve gotten cinnamon twist. They are bad or hard as a rock. I specifically asked if they had been there sitting for hours, They even taste tested one and told me that they were fine. I get my food and they are as hard as a rock. I didn’t leave the drive-through because I wanted to check since the last 2 times I have it has been the same issue, So I honked my horn and one of your closing employees just sat there and ignored me with his headphones on until I slid open the drive-through door and then he wanted to act like he heard. Then he proceeded to tell me that he was busy closing the store even though the store didn’t close until 12 and while I’m writing this it’s 11:11 PM . Your staff needs to tighten up or get a new staff because it’s running this location into the ground ! There was also a time I came and I asked for a regular taco with meat, cheese and lettuce, just like that. Just for me to get home and there be no lettuce on it. This store use to be good about a year ago, but now I will never go to it unless I’m starving!!!! Oh and I gave the cinnamon twist back ! Edit: I just got off an 11 hr shift, I was starving but now I can’t even eat my food !
