    Called to speak with a general manager, Unique is her name, said that was her, so a conversation began about employment. Long story short, if you don't know, don't pretend to. It's really annoying and unprofessional when someone can't just say, "I don't have that info, but I'll get this to the proper channel."

    Worst experience ever at Sonic. I waited 20min for my order. I ringed the bell many times, no answer. When I was asking for the Manager, he showed up and was very rude. He did not even apologize, just said: "We give no free food" when I was asking for a refund. He URGENTLY needs some training. This is not a Manager, this is a joke.
