- LHLISA & HELGAFeb 19, 20261.0Pulled up to window and was told to pull to window 2 to pick up my food. There was no one at window 2 to give me my order. We watched as 3 cars were told to pull to a parking place and 1 was already there. After almost 15 minutes I backed up to window 1 and was told I just got there so I had to wait. I said I want my food or my money back. The staff was nasty and when I asked for the .manager they only replied do you want your food or not. Did not call the manager for me but somehow my food immediately appeared. I ordered 2 double fish filet sandwiches. One was ok. The second had one piece of fish. And the 3 employees at the window were laughing.i handed it back and it didn't take but a minute at most to put the other fish filet on. Service and staff at this location is horrible!!! Avoid this McDonalds! UPDATE: Mcdonalds replied with a link that I can not use because THEY ALSO DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT!!! And there is no way to contact rhe corporate office without the receipt apparently!!
