    New place, SAME CRAPPY Service!!! Waited 18 minutes for a Big Breakfast in the Drive Thru until I decided to get out and go inside the Restaurant! All of a sudden I get my order! Which didn't have syrup in the bag. So how do you eat hotcakes without syrup!!!!Goes to show that they will forget about you in the Drive Thru. So why not give customers the option of getting their money back IF there order is going to be delayed! That way they can go to the Florence McDonald's down the road or Sonic. I was hoping that we would get a Chick fil A instead of another McDonalds. Just Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

    I came through the drive through an had to park an wait for my food when I had already waited in line for 5 min for it to move up I will not move up next time

    WHY did you have to change how you place your order. Went today and used the "machine" to place order. BUT wouldn't take cash so the lady at register..I'll that she had to take money..took our money. We waited.... finally I stopped a lady and asked her to check where our order went. She looked on shelf n said you order basket of fries ....yes...here take this!! Really. Been sitting....pure unorganized for all.

    Ordered a combo and happy meal in the drive through. Was told to pull into parking bay. Did so, waited 30+ minutes for food. Food was brought out with missing beverages, incorrect food items, and the food was cold. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    I waited in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes with a mobile order and received no communication at all. It wasn’t busy, and no one told me to pull around—I eventually did so on my own because I had already been waiting so long. When I tried to get help, the staff acted like I was wrong or didn’t want to assist me. The customer service was very poor.
