  Sorriest laziest McDonald's at night the only reason it got a star is because I had to put one to place a review, customer service does not exist here

  Everytime regardless how busy they always tell you to pull to the side because they cant seem to make orders. Terrible management. It never fails. I even order a head so avoid this and it still happens.

  ordered my food on the app using one of my deals, my total was supposed to be around $7. i got a medium fry, 10 piece nugget and a sweet tea. pulled up to the first window and realized i had paid for someone else’s order that was $15 instead of mine. i pulled up to the second window and had explained to the lady what i ordered and that i needed a refund. she was looking at me like i had five heads and told me there was nothing she could do about it. she grabbed her manager and they both sat there and told me i had an attitude when i simply was asking for my refund and for the correct food. they told me to pull around to the first window for the refund and when i got there the man walked away from me while i sat there for another ten minutes. we pulled up to the second window for the second time and they told me to pull around to the first window AGAIN. at this point i just walked inside and the lady took about 15 minutes to do the refund while she took my phone to the back of the store. the manager was very rude and not professional in the slightest. no customer should be spoken to the way i was when the situation could have been maturely handled.

  This is okay "product" to serve "customers " and their families. Burnt hamburger, missing French fries and apple slices for the kids. Overpriced delivery charges. Contacted the store and they were no help at all. Can not get management that cares about customers that spend too much money there for their kids that love McDonald's. $50 for barely edible double quarter pounder, inedible mcdouble, that serves as a hockey puck instead of food. Kids that don't get fed dinner because half the order is missing. That is McDonald's for you.
