Me and my girlfriend came to spend around 35-47$ there today The manager Andrea firstly was rude being rude to customers whole time we were there waiting on our food also forgot to put my girlfriends chips in the bag even though it came with the order as we get home to open our food we were not able to eat four tacos because she wrote with ink on the taco wrap and the tacos were then covered in Ink so of course we did not eat them I tried to call to see if something could be done because again we soent 30+ dollars there and she was very rude over the phone Andrea should not work there if she do not like her Job I tried to be nice but her tone of voice was no appreciated I asked to speak to her boss she was said I could not continues to hangup on me I then tried to call back pretty sure she declined I called a third time to ask again to speak to her boss she then said she was not there in a very rude tone I would like something to be done to where we can get our money back or something else so that we can get the food we did not get to eat we will not be returning to that store as long as that manager is there the unprofessionalism was very crazy I am a chef have been cooking for 9+ years I would never allow my managers or employees to talk to customers as she did and because she wanted me to call me a liar which was also rude considering I want what WE PAID FOR I am posting a picture of one of the tacos that had ink on them. I will be calling corporate tomorrow as well.

I ordered two soft taco supreme. They come with seasoned beef, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and cheese. The receipt said two beefy taco add tomato and sour cream. That is soooo not what I ordered!

Ordered food through there app, and when I received my order half the meal wasn't there. So I called management and they said they would comp my missing items, and when I had the chance to go in person the items would be available. So a couple days later I walk for 1.5 hours there 1 way just to be told there not responsible for the missing food. The woman I talked too was very rude talking to me, as I treated her with the utmost respect. I will not do business with this taco bell location ever again. I always show love and respect to the restaurants that make food for me, but to be treated the way I did. Was a major red flag for bad business.
