  I go here for my coffee quite often about 3 times a week the staff is very friendly and they eventually remember you. Mr pal mall i like to call him is very professional in his manners while being funny at the same time never have to wait long for your coffee even with it being the morning rush

  Inside service here in the morning is the worst. 3 workers running around getting drive thru orders with a 5 person line at the counter being ignored for at least 5 minutes before I left.

  I went to Dunkin for coffee this morning and I must say that I was impressed. The establishment was clean and orderly. The staff was professional and friendly. I was waited on by a lady by the name of Charlene and she was very friendly, which made me want to leave a tip. This was a good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to frequent this business. The coffee was hot and fresh.

  The Dunkin donut on 1607 church street the young girl was very nasty the couple in front of me and my neice was greeted with a smile when we walked up she did not greet nor smile so I said good morning how are you and she gave me a blank stare and when I was ordering my donuts she started slamming and yanking the donuts very rude and unprofessional I don't want to pull the race card but that's what it was giving 😡😡😡😡😡🙄🙄🙄🙄

  Staff unable to hear me from speaker and repeatedly asked for my offer. Donuts weren't very good and not fully cooked. Very disappointed.
