- SPSir Flush A lot PlumbingNov 17, 20251.0We ordered a extra large meat lovers pizza and 8 wings got notification that the order had been delivered when it was not delivered, called to the location and was placed on hold for a good 15 minutes with the girl getting on there saying she was trying to get the manager to come to the phone She came back on the phone about three or four times stating the same thing then gets on the phone and informs me that the manager does not want to get on the phone and deal with the situation. They informed me that it was the delivery driver‘s last stop for the evening And they tried to call the delivery driver, but she was not answering her phone. It was a mistake it can happen, They said . Okay fine. I wanted my money back. However, the manager would not get on the phone. I was then told to call back in the morning and talk to another manager wrong answer! So now at this point, My Husband is going to the location to try and get our money back since we did not receive pizza or wings I do not recommend Conway dominoes. Update: husband went to the location and manager said it was ordered on the app so I couldn’t get my full amount back because they don’t have anything to do with the app! Really that is insane so they were going to keep over 10 or $11 when it was their mistake. I will be calling corporate in the morning, not to mention my bank for fraudulent charges
