  This location is not clean and poorly managed. Hair found in food and no napkins accessible. Much better locations elsewhere.

  The food is really good especially the chicken and rice bowl with queso cheese is my favorite. The service is super fast the line could be to the door and you'd only have a 5 to 10 minute wait the seating at the window is really nice but I don't like the seating in the middle of everything like people waiting in line getting their food ect but, there is outside seating outside as well which is really nice. The Food and service is really great here.

  The manager Windy cursed me out as she walked back to her office as I was explaining to her u wasn’t satisfied with my order. I want windy fired and she should never have a Managment position. I never recommended going here as they do not know how to treat customers

  Absolutely the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. This location honestly needs to be shut down. If this establishment has any positive reviews, it’s likely because staff are writing them themselves. I’ve been here no more than six times, and every single visit has been a different negative experience. From homeless individuals in the parking lot asking for money, to the inside of the restaurant being absolutely disgusting, nothing has improved. The rice is never fully cooked, and the overall cleanliness is unacceptable. My most recent visit was the final straw. I went through the drive-thru to pick up an order and sat there for over five minutes watching an employee with blue highlighted hair and glasses (name: Z) playing on her phone. When she finally opened the window and I gave her the order name, she retrieved the food and literally threw the bag at me. I then sat there again for a couple more minutes (watching her play on her phone) before she returned and asked, “What else you need?” I informed her I was missing the drink I had already paid for. She began huffing, puffing, and rolling her eyes over a simple request. Another employee, Melissa, was the one who ended up getting my drink while Z continued playing on her phone. I politely asked Melissa for the other employee’s name due to how rude the interaction had been. Before I could even leave, Z look at me then Melissa and asked “why she want my name?!,” I told her bc she was so rude! then proceeded to curse me out. After sharing this experience with my roommate, she confirmed this location has a terrible reputation around CCU. She only went once herself and found a fly in her burrito bowl. This location is unsanitary, unprofessional, and clearly poorly managed. I will never return

  Ordered online. Picked up the food, and realized that I didn’t get what I paid for. Took the bowl back and asked for it be made how I ordered it. Rude girl with blue hair came to the window, told me she gave me what I asked/paid for without even looking at the bowl, and proceeded to tell me to call to get a refund. I asked to speak to a manager. She came back and said “I just called her and she said I am the manager tonight.” She then proceed to SLAM the window in my face, lock it, and play on her phone. I went inside and there was a manager on site, who was not her. I still couldn’t speak with the manager… don’t waste your time with this place.
