I ordered a Bo chicken sandwich just to get home to have a chicken thigh instead of a boneless chicken breast. When I called to complain she gets an attitude and starts making excuses instead of apologizing for it or giving a refund. If your employees are too incompetent to know the difference from a thigh and a boneless breast maybe they should find a different job bc it’s not that hard to know dark meat from white meat and if I wanted a thigh I would not order a Bo chicken sandwich I would have asked for a thigh but when u go to the drive through here they give u anything just to get you through. Not the first time with this place so don’t go here if you expect to get what u order from a competent individual that actually know what they are doing but they rather stand around n playing n chatting. Do better

Terrible experience the short white lady at the window had a nasty attitude. With food being as expensive as it is and having to deal with attitude is a no go. I would suggest no one come to this location.
