Some days are better than others, but today’s experience was very disappointing. After getting my order and driving away, I realized my food was cold. I went back inside and let them know. They remade the food, but my bacon was still ice cold. When I mentioned it again, the manager (Paul) told me the bacon is supposed to be room temperature, which clearly wasn’t the case. I then asked for a refund since I paid in cash. When the manager refunded me, he slammed my money down on the counter instead of handing it back to me. I told him that the same way I respectfully handed my money to the cashier when I paid is the same way it should have been returned to me. Very disappointing experience, especially from management.
