    I came inside and ordered a classic roast beef and cheddar. The cashier already had it on the counter before I paid. So I sat down to eat and the sandwhich was cold. So I told the cashier and she yelled to the back "I need a hot classic" the one making the sandwich says "who said it wasn't hot" the cashier went silent. Then when she got done making the sandwich the cook says "hope they don't choke on it" and laughed. All the while I was at the counter while she said it!!! I couldn't believe it!! Seriously save your self the headache and never come here!

    This Arby’s is horrible! Arby’s used to be my go-to for fast food… NOT ANYMORE! I ordered a ham and Swiss melt with curly fries. The sandwich had been nuked for so long that the bun was like biting leather. The ham looked like discarded bits of raw bacon! So disgusting! I paid $11 for this slop and ended up paying an even higher price due to severe stomach upset later!! Gross!!!!!! Their drive-thru service was disregarding and rude. NEVER again!

    Went here for the first time on Tuesday March 10th 2026 with my mom. This was my first time at an arbys, and they have roast beef sandwiches, a rueben, some chicken sandwiches, and more! My mom and I decided to try here for dinner because we had some coupons that are sent out via our mailer. We walked in, and was greeted quickly by a person who took our order. We got 4 for 10 roast beef sandwiches, Reuben, Chicken sandwich, a greek gyro, fries and a chocolate shake. My mom and I also ordered separately so that we can use more coupons, as it is only 2 per order. in total we spent about $60.00. Even with coupons it can cost alot. Anyways, we then waited for our order at the table. While the restaurant itself is small, there are tables that one can wait at, as well as eat at. BTW, they bag your items in a bag, then one can either eat it there or take it home with you. We took ours home with us. It was also ready in a reasonable time frame. Went home and enjoyed the roast beef sandwiches and reuben, as well as the chicken sandwich. Shake was creamy and delicious. Enjoyed what Arbys had to offer, and hope to be back!

    March 3rd went to the drive through on Myrtle Ridge Rd. I got there at 705 and put in my order, I Drove around and paid.I was told to get behind the two cars that are waiting for their food. By the time the brought out my two $7.99 boxes out it was 731.You should send someone over there to see what the problem is.

    02/24/2026 I came here for lunch with my daughter after we had been sitting at the DMV for several hours. I had jury duty a week before and I had a debit card with money on it for my jury duty time. So I figured I’d use that card to get us some lunch . When we walked inside we were greeted by an older gentleman by the name of Thomas. He was very nice at first… we were nice as well and we even joked that my teenager was not hungry but actually hangry and he said “ well we better take her order first” I said “ yes , feed the beast” lol… we were laughing and everything seemed fine. After we order our food I go to pay for it. I look at the card to see if it was a tap or if I needed to slide it. He took it out of my hands and said “ you don’t know how to work a card” I thought at the time he was being funny since we had already been joking . But then he took my card and put it in his back pocket. I told him, it looked like the order was declined and he said “ you need to run the card again”. I said “ well you have my card so I need it back” at that point his demeanor changed, he gave me my card back and seemed irritated about it. I then ran the card again and asked him “ do I press debit or credit” he said debit. Well it declined again. I then said “ what the hell that is so weird because I just activated my card” I didn’t say it towards him or in a mean way. I told him I would pay with my debit card and once I paid he said “ I’ll bring your food when it’s done” my daughter and myself were the only people in there and I sat at the table closest to the counter so he wouldn’t have to walk far with our food. While I was waiting I called the 800 number on the jury duty card to see what was going on. At that point he walked up to me and told me I needed to move to another table because I was being loud. I wasn’t even saying anything, I was listening to the automated service on my phone pushing the buttons it was instructing me too. I wasn’t even talking. He then moved me to a table that he wanted me to sit at. I didn’t get to choose. I was placed at a table like a little child. At that point A live representative came across the phone and was asking me questions and I was answering him , during that time he grabbed my minor daughter by her shoulder and leaned into her and told her that if I continue to act and cuss like I was, he was going to have to ask me to leave and at that point, I hadn’t even said or did anything. The only word I said was hell at the desk and I never even said it towards him. I didn’t hear what he said to her because I was on the phone with the live representative when I got off the phone, I asked My Daughter what he had said to her because I was worried that he was trying to hit on her and she is a minor. That’s when she told me what he said, and I literally lost my appetite, and I threw my food away, and I told her I was ready to leave. I called my husband and told him what had happened and at that point I decided to call and talk to the manager. She Apologized and said that she was going to talk to him and she did offer to give me our meals again . But I don’t want a free meal or any money back. I’m just in complete shock that he would say those things to a minor and I didn’t even do anything he never even told me that I did anything wrong because I didn’t do anything, he even put my card in his back pocket and I never confronted him on that or cursed at him in anyway. But he went to my minor daughter grabbed her should and leaned in and said that into her ear. I’m literally in shock because I have never had this happen to me before. He didn’t even say anything to me. And then he continued to walk around the area where we were eating and then sat down and just watched us. So if you go here to eat make sure he doesn’t take your card and put it in his back pocket, keep your young daughters away and don’t say the word “ hell” I hate leaving bad reviews but in something like this, I just feel it’s important that the public sees and knows.
