  ZaNiya is the SWEETEST! She took the order and set the tone for the experience and was the reason I would give the whole experience, EXCELLENT! The food was hot and fresh, the drinks and the A/C were ICE COLD! I tried the French Dip Royale with the Krinkle Fries-BANGIN! I REALLY wanted to try their peach cobbler, but, I was STUFFED, after downing everything! I REALLY loved the PEOPLE, the menu has variety and can be a little challenging, if you have the munchies! But, all in all, those TWO things right there DEFINITELY keeps me coming back, every time!

  Went to Drive thru today at 11:31am. Ordered 2of the meat and three totake home. Since Iwas the only customer in the lot, I new the service would be good,and it was.Lisa T took oir order and she was wonderful so I felt all would go well. Ordered the fish sandwich with the curley fries cheese sticks and peach cobbler Didn't think t check the order since it was so quiet. Got home which was abot 8 mimutes away, we got ready to eat. Fish was barely warm Fries were cold Cheese sticks warmer than the fish Peachcobbler was warmer than fries Drinks were excellent Don'tthink we wil go back

  Other than having to wipe my bench off everything was great! I had been craving a French Dip for a while!

  Employee at register very rude, I asked for regular fries and he rudely said curly or straight kind of loud and I asked for extra cheese because I ordered a half pound beef and cheddar meal , didn't have extra cheese then drink selections nothing but water came out. When leaving my bag tore and my food fell on the ground and not a Employee said a word so I picked it up and left, a couple fries survived and tasted like burnt grease and got home and it was no way a half pound sandwich and the bag that was left was full of grease and the box and bread was soaked in grease that so nasty I couldn't eat the sandwich... IM so very upset and disappointed because Arby's was my favorite place to eat.
