    We were in the area for my daughter’s dance competition and needed something to eat before heading back to our hotel for the night. Was hesitant about going to this location due to the reviews but so glad we did. From the time we walked into the establishment until the time we exited, we were shown pure hospitality. The host Roger was welcoming and made sure we were satisfied with our orders (because I’m picky when it comes to my wings..extra crispy). Also Cortez (the DJ) made us feel welcomed and made sure the music was appropriate. I truly appreciate them going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied customers. The next time we are in the area we will certainly make this location one of our stops. Roger and Cortez always be the great people you are and don’t let anyone’s negativity take that light away from you both.

    Bad vibes. Horrible customer service.Here's a more detailed description of what happened the night I received my order. I had someone pick up my order from the Garners Ferry location after I placed my order online. When my partner arrived at the location, I forwarded the email I had received to them to ensure my order was picked up. My partner called me and said the young lady at the cash register was very slow to understand the fundamentals of pulling up an order. The crazy part is that the order was literally sitting on the counter, and the manager walked past it multiple times without even trying to assist. But that's not the messed-up part. When I received my order, it was wrong. I ordered voodoo fries, and I received regular fries. I called the store and the same untrained cashier answered the phone and place me on hold for over 5 minutes. After I explained to her about the mistake she told me to come back, which is very inconvenient of me because my ankle is sprained. The so called manager came to the phone. This woman had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Her tone, and lack of professionalism should be something y'all handle. After she so called gave me a refund, she hung up in my face. I'm extremely disappointed. I also called the location today and I was trying to get info on the upper management. I spoke to this nice lady by the name of Kalya and she the one who need to be running that store or someone of her character. Please do better and get better upper management!

    This is the worst Wing Stop I have visit actually, any Wingstop that’s around 29201 is distasteful. The food is weak the server is weak. This place needs new management. Matter of fact, all restaurant on Gainier is horrible. People don’t have no passion in there job They just a waste of time.

    Did an online order. 2 of the 3 things ordered were combos. Other things order were a 20 piece and extra order of fries. Drove home 30 minutes only to find only 1 order of fries in the bag. Called they want me to put all the food back in bag and drive 30 minutes back. Spent $65.11 and didn't get what I ordered. 😡

    This wing stop is so slack!!!! They gave my food away and then gave me a hard time with remaking my food!! They told me I needed to verify MYSELF to get my food when I’m QUITE SURE they didn’t verify with the person who they gave my food to!!!!
