  The cashier was so kind, she spoke very pleasant to my kids and I even conplimented my daughter's princess dress. She wasn't upset at me for being confused with the menu changes and was knowledgeable and courteous. The associate that provided the food was also very warm and kind, that matters alot with ensuring a satisfying meal. The food was tasty and I'm highly pleased with this dining experience. Thank you <3

  Nicest experience I’ve had at any restaurant lately. When I walked in, a tall young woman with a choker necklace gave me the brightest and happiest “hey! Welcome in” I’ve gotten probably ever. A young (maybe in his 20s) man behind the counter greeted me and asked if he could help me with my pickup order immediately upon entering the restaurant. He was ready to get those sales and help the guest!!!! As I was getting a couple napkins and ketchup he saw I had my hands full and asked if I needed a bigger bag or an extra bag for my condiments. He was super aware of everything going on around him re: guests. This was above and beyond service from this crew today. And the food was great. I customized the heck out of my burger and they hit every mark. I was on autopilot popping in to grab something quick for lunch before work, but the super clean restaurant and friendly service made me stop to reflect on my experience. If there are other avenues to praise this team, I’ll call or write there, too.

  It could have been a good experience, but the lady taking the order didn’t take the time to listen. This means that the order was very wrong. After she took the money she didn’t say thank you have a nice day pull up. On that day, the person lacked basic social skills.

  So I had stop at this Wendys to get me burger with fries. Now the burger had no issue but what was horrible and nasty was a bug in my fries at the bottom when I dumped them in my burger packet cause I ate my burger first. I will not be going back to this Wendys that’s just unsanitary. Years ago this Wendys was no issue and clean. So, I’m glad I didn’t eat no further with my fries. So, I advised be careful if you do go cause bugs in food that’s nasty yo. I’m pissed off about that. Main reason y I have slowed down eating out people not clean like you are.
