They rented out the place and didn’t tell anyone who tried to come in and eat and sing on a Thursday night. So there wasn’t any karaoke for hours. They could have at least made it clear they were closed to other folks. They didn’t. They let us sit there and instead of karaoke they had speeches. Finally one of us got to sing.
They could have at least comped a private room for the inconvenience. They didn’t offer to do that and when we asked they said no.
I get they were probably paid a pretty penny by the folks who rented it out. I don’t fault them for that - but how they handled it with folks who weren’t part of the party left a lot to be desired.
I will not return.

I enjoyed myself. No complaints of the service. It’s more of a casual hangout than a sophisticated venue if you are into low-key spots. Private rooms for group karaoke (sound system and song list needs updating) if the main floor isn't your thing/you are shy.
