    This is the absolute WORST location! My smoothie never taste as it does when made at other locations. It is literally always like this, to the point where i refuse to patronize this location despite it being the closest to my house. It is ridiculous

    Went in to this location today and the guy fixing the smoothies was not washing out the blenders...he was putting others orders on top of whatever was left in the blender. Me and another customer witnessed this after waiting for about 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging Us, however when it came to my turn I asked for them to wash out the previous ingredients due to the fact you don't know what the next customer may be allergic to and of course they didn't like that I called them on what we had witnessed but we pay too much money for the smoothies for you to give Us the ingredients of the previous customers. He had 5 blenders with previous ingredients still in them and he was using them as new people came in to order. SMH won't be going back unless the guy with the punk style haircut is Gone. It use to be Good going there but not as of lately.

    When I entered the store, I was not greeted by the staff. When it was my turn to order, the cashier who assisted me appeared to have a negative attitude. I politely told her that I wanted an Island Green Smoothie and that I wanted to add the Energizer. It seemed that she did not hear me the first time, and she asked again what type of smoothie I wanted while frowning. I calmly and politely repeated my order. After completing the transaction, I paid with cash and she handed me my change but did not say “thank you,” nor did she ask whether I was a Tropic Rewards member. The overall interaction felt very unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but customers should not feel uncomfortable or unwelcome because an employee appears unhappy or unwilling to be at work. I actually considered walking back out of the store due to the cashier’s attitude, which would have meant a lost sale for the business, but I decided to stay and complete my purchase. I am sharing this feedback because I believe customer service is an important part of the experience at your stores. I hope this concern can be addressed so that future customers receive the friendly and welcoming service that your brand represents. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.
