  Our initial experience with this store was not great. We ordered Door Dash and the smoothies were just wrong and tasteless, and we could not get ahold of the store. However, upon ordering more often and even visiting the store in person, the associates have been really great towards us. I appreciate them for remembering us and trying to work with us as they are able.

  Best Tropical Smoothie Cafe I have ever been to. Service staff is very polite and extremely efficient. Food quality is just superb.

  Ordered chicken pesto. Got here cold completely and you guys switched the almond butter protein to a chocolate peanut butter that tastes like chocolate only. Not a fan. Pesto is messy as well. Love you guys but you need to do better. Edit:Their team has made a 180 and very consistent in making or meals right. They have worked with us everytime we order and will not go to any other store but this one from now on. Thank you for making the experience better.

  I had the worse experience at this location today, around 7:15am to be exact. The drive thru associate was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. While trying to place my order at the drive thru kiosk, I needed clarification on the base options for the açaí bowl. I was trying to ask the associate if I could have the Greek yogurt instead of the purple filler that was shown on the picture. Instead of listening, he proceeded to cut me off multiple times by saying, “you just need to look at the board, read what’s on the board ma’am.” I told him that the options were a little confusing and I needed him to clarify if I could get the greek yogurt instead. He didn’t even respond. So, I ordered the açaí bowl assuming it would be what I wanted. Once I pulled to the window I explained my concerns to him once again. He gave me a menu. (Sir, why couldn’t you just answer my question.) He acted as if I was inconveniencing him, and he just hung the machine out the window and stood there. Excuse me can you at least give me the total? When he gave me my bag the item inside was incorrect. I went inside to exchange the item and he became very confrontational. He didn’t want to exchange it. He then told me this would be the only time that he’ll make an exception. I told him I will never be returning so that’s fine. Even the lady who remade my bowl had an attitude. I added a picture of the mess they threw together and handed to me. I will never be returning to this location.

  We are dedicated smoothie customers, we come here a couple times a week, would probably go daily if we could afford it ! Not that its overpriced cuz its very reasonable prices, the staff have even started to recognize us as regulars!
