A simple greeting welcoming my fiancé and myself inside- and taking the order, and getting my name wrong for the order. Although the initial service was bland, it was better than the food we received. Both smoothies weren’t blended well and left us with chunks of fruit and the food was as cold as the smoothies. My fiancé ordered a flat bread and it came out a wrap and all the insides were smashed outside of the bread- I ordered and wrap, and was served with ice cold chicken. Both of had it redone and as hard and the second worker tried her best by apologizing, offering to remake them, and trying to make it right, it just wasn’t happening today at this location. The chicken in both meals was still cold. It appeared that the SunChips were the only thing prepared to satisfaction.

So I turned around and parked and went inside. I was told to wait a minute which took about five minutes of me standing there, so I ordered online . Still waiting and it’s now 8:46pm .They finished my order and just set it on the counter. I had to ask who the order was for. Two other people in the store. Worse service I’ve ever experienced.
