  The staff here were friendly when I was there. They have some good prices for the food, but the food does not taste or look as good as the pictures displayed. One item displayed that I ordered looked layered and full of ingredients. The product I received like like a pancake and the ingredients were in certain areas as opposed to being spread across. If you like Mt. Dew they have multiple flavors so you will enjoy your stay

  A quick and easy place to order from, fairly inexpensive compared to what businesses are near them. Polite staff really talkative and makes you want to be there. However the cleanliness was a little off, stickiness on most tabletops, liquids spilt in front of the trashcan, and messy convenience station.

  9pm shift crew on 4/21 took over 50 minutes to get one deluxe box with an empty lobby.after 30 minutes kept asking for my cup to get a drink and employees would look at me and completely ignore me , grabbed it myself then big dude working the line said "sir if you need something jsut ask" LIKE BRO I BEEN ASKING OVER AND OVER got tired of waiting decided to go to drive through said I had to come inside to get the food or a refund , entire experience was over and hour just for 1 deluxe box. No wonder these people work minimum wage because they are absokute garbage in customer service i will never ever be back to this garbage establishment.

  horrible experience. waited over an HOUR for my food, went up there one time to ask on the status of my food, and then they had an attitude when they FINALLY gave it to me?? mind you, all i ordered was THREE cantina tacos???

  Stopped by Taco Bell on Garners Ferry in Columbia, SC today—haven’t been in years, so this was definitely a bit of a nostalgic visit for me. I already know Taco Bell isn’t meant to be top-tier dining, but sometimes you just want those familiar flavors. I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande and a steak grilled cheese burrito. The flavors were actually pretty decent—everything smelled good and tasted how I remembered. That said, the portions have definitely changed. The Nacho Bell Grande felt more like a Nacho Supreme in size, and the grilled cheese burrito was much smaller than expected—closer to a snack wrap than a full burrito. It really stood out that prices have gone up while portion sizes have gone down. Now, I will say this—the service made a difference. The staff had great attitudes, were friendly, and kept things moving smoothly. That kind of customer service still matters, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, the food was decent for what it is, but the value just isn’t what it used to be. Still, the experience itself was solid thanks to the team working there.
