  workers take forever to help you and seemed to be doing practically nothing half the time in the kitchen. i waited 30 minutes for an order when the story was barely busy

  Poor interaction with customers everything depends on kiosk and once you order something/paid you find out they don't have what you wanted no offer of substitutions either

  I get to town for my daughter's military graduation stopped here for a quick bite to eat before checking into my hotel I get to my room open my Mexican pizza and this is what I find no cheese slapped together after waiting 20 min in the drive thru this is ridiculous to say the least when did we stop holding employees accountable for not taking some pride in your job some people can't even find work but here you are destroying a companies reputation by being flat out lazy

  I recently went through the drive thru and learned they no longer have the supreme lux my go to. I was trying to place my order but the car in front of me was in the way of the menu so I was asking a question hoping to change a few things in the box Taco Bell did have, the cashier very rudely said is that all you want? I simply stated never mind and drove off. I get you might be overwhelmed but don’t take it out on me, though I was a little hAngry I still demonstrated politeness, I just wasn’t going to receive the rudeness
