  Did an online order which was great. The process of doing it online was great. Got there to pick up my order. They say okay. We don't have any chalupas because I fryers are down. I say okay since my meal was already $9 and some change it came with three different items and a drink. I said just swap it out for the chicken salad and that's what they did. Then she bring me my drink. The drink was flat and then she got an attitude because I said well ma'am you can swap out my salad cuz at first they didn't want to swap my salad out. They said oh the salad cost more than your meal I said. How is my meal's $9? And my salad is $7 and some change so she caught a whole attitude behind that. The customer service in the building was awful. She gave me a drink then brought me a cup with the white stuff for my mountain dew drink and said oh go get it from over there out the fountain go to the fountain. The fountain drink is out like it's always something with this Taco Bell here in harbison like I've never gotten a great service where I had to go in and it's been no problem. It's always a problem when you go in there

  Came in place was trashy not many workers but they were kind got a los doritos taco,baja blast,and the cinnamon twists which are my favorite things

  I ordered on Uber Eats and they left an item off my order, it was not in my bag when it was delivered. I spent too much money to have that happen.

  Would give it a zero if possible. Girl at windows more worried about her phone then getting an order correct. First I get the wrong drink and after getting back to my place, I'm missing some of my food. Worst Taco bell ever!

  I order from this Taco Bell weekly— the food is always good. If there’s a problem with the order, then they resolve it, they’re always nice, the restaurant is clean, yada yada. Rarely any issues. Tonight though the food is TOP TIER. My food is all correct and my items are LOADED. It’s all hot, it’s all delicious. Amazing. I often customize my food through the app and all my customizations were followed to a T. Whoever is working tonight I wish your pillow is cool on both sides and you find $100 on the ground. Bless you.
