- AWAmy WheelerApr 1, 20261.0The white lady that was working 11:00 AM that made our sandwiches put them on the wrong bread didn’t put all the toppings on our subs then I called and she told me too bad that my subs was wrong and that I used a coupon which I explained to her it doesn’t matter what coupon I used. I’m still paying for it with my money. I asked for corporate phone number cause she was very, very rude and she would not give it to me. I will never return to this Subway® ever again its the worse Customer Service I’ve ever seen

It is just meat and bread and they didn’t wanna give me the extra sides. They wanted me to pay for them. I explained to them there’s nothing on my sandwich with meat and bread. You can’t just give me the sides. So they wound up giving me two pickles in each cup. They also do not participate in any deals going on like $6.99 foot-long‘s. And there was barely any tuna fish on our sandwich. They were really skimpy with their food.

Lady, you have treated me rudely twice and both times I was nonreactive because I did not want to ruin a pleasant outing with my friend. I took it from you, but here is your review. There is no reason to treat customers like naughty schoolchildren (I am 65). I suggest employee training: How To Not Try To intimidate Customers 101. Note: I WILL survey the vegetables prior to placing my order, thank you very much. And, I already selected GIFT CARD on the card scanner before I scanned the card. How would I know I was “supposed” to tell you?
